I needed to purchase a residence for a relative when her rental property was sold unexpectedly. The complications were a very short time frame and attempting to buy in the low end of an extremely competitive market. In addition, I was 1800 miles away and unable to travel due to Covid-19. Derek took care of everything, scouting for suitable properties, visiting and inspecting them, and putting a successful offer on a duplex less than a week from when I first called him. He worked as quickly and as hard as if this had been a million-dollar property, not a duplex. He was professional, honest, managed the entire process with precision, and did it in an extremely short time. Everything from finding a very nice home to closing went like clockwork. He’s the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with and I highly recommend him.
